Overview of Nominee Application Rating Process and Instructions
•  You will receive up to eight Ruth Massinga Award nomination packets.
•  Applications will be disbursed so that each application will be reviewed by at least
   three reviewers.
•  One application should take approximately 15 minutes to review.
•  Raters will be given two weeks to review applications.
•  A brief training session by telephone will be available to all volunteer raters.
